Beaver Run is located at the base of Peak 9. Beaver Run Building 4 offers studio, one, and two bedroom suites. Each unit has a balcony and jacuzzi jetted bath tub. Built in 1979. Located at the base of Peak 9, the complex is 4 blocks to Main St., 50 yards to a ski lift, and is on the free ski/town shuttle. Guests also have access to Beaver Run's complimentary shuttle that will take them anywhere in Breckenridge. Amenities include indoor/outdoor hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pools, exercise room, massage therapist, central laundry facilities, mini-golf, and arcade room. There are also meeting rooms, conference facilities, and elevators. Beaver Run has a tennis and volleyball court available in Summer only. There is a full service spa, small grocery and deli, a gift shop, a full service restaurant, and a cafeteria. Underground parking on site, first come first serve, additional parking in outdoor lot on site.
