Beaver Run Buildings 1,2,3 offers hotel rooms, one and two bedroom suites. Building 4 offers 4 types of studios, one and two bedroom suites and three bedroom suites Located at the base of Peak 9, the complex is 3 blocks to Main St., 10 to 150 yards to a ski lift, and is on the free ski and town shuttle. Guests also have access to Beaver Run's complimentary shuttle that will take them anywhere in Breckenridge. Amenities include indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pools, exercise room, massage therapist, central laundry facilities, mini-golf course, and arcade room. There are also meeting rooms, conference facilities, and elevators. There is a full service spa, small grocery and deli, a gift shop, a full service restaurant, and a cafeteria. Underground parking on site at a fee, first come first serve, additional parking in outdoor lot on site.
